During the 2011 Anzio Express WWII Event in Union Illinois (located at the Illinois Rail Museum) Armbruster displayed authentic reproduction WWII period canvas tents. The 10th Mountain Division Living History Display Group Midwest Chapter used the tents in their display.

The 1942 Command Post tent was the perfect tent for Registration and group meetings serving as the Headquarters Tent for the event. Side vestibule was used to guide registration for the event.

Multiple Wall Tent Smalls were used for displays and sleeping quarters for the event.
Armbruster canvas tents are some of the highest quality and longest lasting canvas tents on the market, just like our originals were. In fact, we use the original patterns, materials and construction techniques in our World War II tents and in our other styles of historical tents. We also apply our current expertise in construction and finishing details to make our historic tents more weather resistant than the originals.
