Limited Warranty Information

Our one year unconditional warranty on our workmanship and fabrication is subject to inspection at our factory. All items to be returned freight prepaid for warranty claims with prior authorization required. Freight allowance to be determined at the time of inspection. Warranty does not apply for damage due to shipping.

Any fabric warranty will only be as provided by the fabric manufacturer. Armbruster does not warranty fabric. Machine wash or tentage voids any and all warranty.

Returns

Nothing may be returned without our prior approval. When permission requested, please provide invoice date, number, and reason for return. Our Shipping Department will not accept unauthorized returns. Authorization does not imply immediate credit. Merchandise must be inspected, responsibility determined, and verified. If we authorize a return and the fault is not ours, a 25% restocking charge will be assessed.

Shipping

Shipping costs and method will be quoted at time of sale.

Cancellations

Orders are not subject to cancellation once materials have been ordered or production commenced. Changes may be made, however, Armbruster reserves the right to make a proportionate charge.

Tax

Illinois tax of 8-1/2% will be added for delivery within the state unless exemption certificate is furnished. 8-1/2% for pickup in Springfield.
